There are several comments about the car being "complete".  I guess that they do not need things like a brake booster, brake master cylinder or rear seat .  

You would have to WANT to do the work.  Even doing all of the labor and parts locating yourself, you will be "upside down" in it.

BAT's been with us for several years now.

That Avanti, being an R2/4-speed is one of the more desirable, but anyone considering restoration would be money ahead to buy a good one.  Those $100,000 auction figures don't reflect the real world R2 prices, but that's probably what pulled this one out of the weeds and into the weblight.

This Avanti 'probably' has a solid frame and troughs...I predict it will be restored, however, the current 10K asking price needs to be trimmed some!
