Do you store my credit card information?

No, for your security we do not save any sensitive banking information on our server.

Can I create an account to remember my address?
Yes, if you fill out a shopping cart member logon, you can same your name and shipping address and e-mail information which will be available the next time you visit our shopping cart. For security and privacy reasons we do not share your information with any other company or organization. If you return to purchase, just log in with your member name and password to quickly and easily enter your info again.

How long does it take to process my order?
Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with Standard Service. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of items we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate shipping source, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address.

How can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order is processed, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.
